The Hammerslag has been run by Jan and Ymkje Hania since April 1, 2015.
Who we are
We are Jan and Ymkje Hania. Together we have 7 children and we live on a farm behind the Hammerslag. This farm is clearly visible from the hall ‘de weide blik’. On this farm we milk more than 100 cows and Jan also does some contract work.
When Hammerslag came up for sale in early 2015, it was a great opportunity to further expand their own farm with more land and an additional stable. In addition, Ymkje enthusiastically stepped into organizing activities and running the campsite, with some support from the eldest daughters.
